摘要
目的分析自定义规则维护在处方前置审核系统中的应用及成效。方法根据《处方管理办法》《医疗机构处方审核规范》、JCI标准以及柳州市妇幼保健院(简称“我院”)处方点评经验,建立与完善处方前置审核系统的自定义规则,分析与评价审方系统规则库维护对我院2020—2021年门诊处方审核的干预效果。结果处方前置审核的药师干预有效率、系统审核后医生修改率、任务合格率均呈上升趋势,在此基础上的系统审核不合理率上升而药师干预率下降。结论自定义规则维护可促进处方前置审核系统的顺利进行,提升医师开方水平,提升药师服务质量,提升处方合格率,保障患者安全合理用药。
Objective To analyze the application and effect of custom rule maintenance in prescription pre-audit system.Methods According to the Prescription Management Measures,Regulations for Prescription Review of Medical Institutions,JCI standards and the prescription review experience of Liuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”),the self-defined rules of the prescription pre-audit system was established and improved,and the intervention effect of the maintenance of the review system rule base on the review of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital from 2020 to 2021 was analyzed and evaluated.Results The effectiveness of pharmacists’intervention,the rate of doctors’revision after systematic audit and the rate of task qualification all showed an upward trend.On this basis,the rate of irrationality of systematic audit increased while the rate of pharmacists’intervention decreased.Conclusion The maintenance of custom rules can promote the smooth progress of pre-prescription review system,improve the prescribing level of physicians,improve the service quality of pharmacists,improve the qualified rate of prescriptions,and e nsure the safe and rational drug use of patients.
