摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环法在医院门诊处方前置审核系统持续质量改进中的作用。方法:通过对某院2020年1-6.月处方前置审方系统数据进行回顾性分析,采用PDCA循环法进行持续性改进,并对项目实施各个阶段处方前置审核系统存在的问题进行梳理,对门诊处方合格率、医生对不合理处方修改率、审核规则的调整等指标进行对比分析。结果:开展PDCA循环管理后,在2020年1-3月试运行期间,处方合格率提升2.73%,医师对不合理处方的修改率提升57.8%;在2020年4-6月全面上线期间,处方合格率提升4.73%,医师对不合理处方的修改率提升42.4%。结论:通过运用PDCA循环法在处方前置审核系统中的持续性改进,提高了门诊处方的合格率,充分保障患者的用药安全。督促药师提升专业水平,在当前法律法规下规范自身执业。
Objective:To discuss the role of PDCA cycle method in the continuous quality improvement of hospital outpatient prescription pre-review system.Method:Retrospective analysis of the prescription pre-review system was carried on data of a hospital from January to June 2020.The PDCA cycle method was used for continuous improvement,and the problems existing in the pre-prescription review system at various stages of project implementation were sorted out.A comparative analysis was conducted on the outpatient prescription qualification rate,the doctor's modification rate of unreasonable prescriptions,and the adjustment of audit rules.Result:After the implementation of PDCA cycle management,during the trial operation period from January to March 2020,the prescription qualification rate increased by 2.73%,and the rate of doctors'modification of unreasonable prescriptions increased by 57.8%.During the full online period from April to June 2020,the prescription qualification rate increased by 4.73%,and the rate of doctors'modification of unreasonable prescriptions increased by 42.4%.Conclusion:By using the PDCA cycle method to continuously improve the pre-prescription review system,the qualification rate of outpatient prescriptions is increased,and the safety of patients'medication can be fully guaranteed.Pharmacists are supervised to improve professional standards and regulate their practice under current laws and regulations.
