摘要
目的探讨苦参治疗乳腺癌肝转移的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月至2020年12月在乳山市人民医院和莒县中医医院治疗的60例乳腺癌肝转移患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各30例。对照组给予动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)联合经皮穿刺微波消融(PMCT)治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上,同时给予苦参注射液静脉滴注治疗,2个疗程后比较两组的1年生存率、病情缓解情况、肝功能指标、疼痛评分。结果实验组的1年生存率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的病情缓解情况、肝功能指标和疼痛改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苦参联合TACE+PMCT能明显提高乳腺癌肝转移患者的1年生存率,缓解病情进展,改善肝功能指标和疼痛程度,具有良好的临床意义,值得在临床推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sophora Flavescens in the treatment of liver metastases from breast cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with liver metastases from breast cancer who received treatment in Rushan People’s Hospital and Juxian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2013 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)combined with percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy(PMCT),and the experimental group was given intravenous drip of Sophora Flavescens Injection on the basis of the control group.After 2 courses of treatment,the 1-year survival rate,disease remission,liver function indexes and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results The 1-year survival rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group of 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disease remission,liver function indexes and pain improvement in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically si gnificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sophora Flavescens combined with TACE+PMCT can improve the 1-year survival rate of patients with liver metastases from breast cancer,relieve the progression of the disease,and improve the liver function indexes and pain degree.It has good clinical significance and deserves to be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
