摘要
目的探讨自制静脉滴注治疗巡视护理车的临床应用效果。方法选取2020年4—10月于医院工作的30名女性护理人员作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各15名。对照组使用常规静脉滴注治疗巡视护理车进行静脉滴注操作,观察组使用自制静脉滴注治疗巡视护理车进行静脉滴注操作,比较两组工作效率、工作流程规范性、满意度、患者满意度。结果观察组针刺伤次数、锐器盒消耗量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组静脉滴注治疗、拔针、静脉滴注针处理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制静脉滴注治疗巡视护理车可提高护理人员的工作效率和工作流程规范性,并可提高护理人员和患者的满意度。
Objective The clinical application effect of self-made intravenous drip treatment inspection nursing trolley was explored.Methods 30 female nurses working in the hospital from April to October in 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 15 nurses in each.The control group used the conventional intravenous drip treatment inspection nursing trolley for intravenous drip operation,while the observation group used the self-made intravenous drip treatment inspection nursing trolley for intravenous drip operation.The work efficiency,normalization of work process,satisfaction,and patients'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The times of pricking wound and the consumption of sharps box in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The scores of intravenous drip treatment,needle extraction and intravenous drip needle treatment in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The satisfaction scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The scores of Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scales(NSNS)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made intravenous drip treatment inspection nursing trolley not only can improve the work efficiency and normalization of work process of nurses,but also can improve the satisfaction of nurses and patients.
