摘要
目的研究短波紫外线照射治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎实施饮食护理联合健康教育的临床价值。方法选取2020年5月至2021年7月广东省人民医院珠海医院(珠海市金湾中心医院)儿科收治的82例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患儿分为研究组、对照组,每组各41例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上给予饮食护理联合健康教育方案,对比分析两组的临床效果及护理满意度。结果研究组患儿住院时间[(4.2±0.8)d]短于对照组[(5.3±1.0)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的并发症发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的17.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度评分为(90.2±5.9)分,高于对照组的(78.6±7.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属的健康教育四项指标分数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在短波紫外线照射治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎期间配合饮食护理与健康教育,可缩短治疗时间,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意指数,进一步丰富患儿及家属的健康知识。
Objective To study the clinical implementation value of diet nursing combined with health education in the treatment of children with herpetic angina by short-wave ultraviolet radiation.Methods A total of 82 children with herpetic angina admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital Zhuhai Hospital(Zhuhai Jinwan Central Hospital)from May 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given diet nursing combined with health education program on the basis of routine nursing,and the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction index of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The hospitalization time of children in the study group was(4.2±0.8)d,which was shorter than that in the control group of(5.3±1.0)d,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of children in the study group was 4.88%,which was lower than that in the control group of 17.07%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the study group was(90.2±5.9)points,which was higher than that in the control group of(78.6±7.1)points,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the four indicators of health education for families in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of pediatric herpetic angina by short-wave ultraviolet radiation,diet nursing and health education can shorten the treatment time,reduce the incidence of complications,increase the nursing satisfaction index,and further enrich the health knowledge of the children and their families.
