摘要
建立了双蒸发温度温湿度独立控制空调系统仿真模型,研究系统性能随进口相对湿度、风速和压缩机高低压缸容积比变化规律。模拟结果表明,除湿量和制冷量等受进口空气相对湿度和风速影响较大,存在最佳风速2.2 m/s。在压缩机高低压缸容积比为0.5~1.2时,制冷COP存在最大值。双蒸发温度系统与单蒸发温度系统相比,系统制冷COP可提升3~4.2%。
The double evaporation temperature-humidity independent control air conditioning system simulation is established, the overall system performance with the inlet air relative humidity, wind speed and the high and low pressure compressor cylinder volume ratio change rule. The simulation results show that the system capacity and refrigerating capacity affected by the inlet air relative humidity, wind speed, there is the best wind speed 2.2 m/s. When the volume ratio of high and low pressure cylinders of the compressor is 0.5~1.2, the COP of refrigeration system has the maximum value. Compared with single evaporation temperature system, COP of system refrigeration can be increased by 3 %~4.2 % in double evaporation temperature system.
