摘要
本文通过数学建模,对亚湿球温度的冷水对湿帘降温效果的影响进行理论分析。对陕西省富平县一栋采用湿帘-风机降温系统的温室湿帘的降温效果进行了测试。结果表明,当循环水平均温度比室外空气湿球平均温度低3.4℃时,湿帘蒸发冷却效率为92.37%,湿帘出风温度比室外湿球温度低0.6℃。利用亚湿球温度的冷水作为直接蒸发冷却系统的循环水,能够进一步降低出风干球温度,提高湿帘直接蒸发冷却效率。
Through the establishment of mathematical modeling, the influence of the cooled water with sub-wet bulb temperature on the cooling effect of wetted pad was analyzed theoretically. The cooling effect of wetted pad for a greenhouse equipped with the wetted pad and fan cooling system in Fuping city of Xi'an Province was tested. The result shows that, when the average temperature of the circulating water is 3.4 ℃ lower than the average outdoor air wet bulb temperature, the evaporative cooling efficiency of the wetted pad is 92.37%, and the outlet air temperature of the wetted pad is 0.6℃ lower than the outdoor wet bulb temperature. The application of water with sub-wet bulb temperature as the circulating water for direct evaporative cooling system can further reduce the dry bulb temperature of outlet air, and improve the direct evaporative cooling efficiency of the wetted pad.
