某电厂脱硫废水零排放处理系统运行性能分析 被引量:11

摘要 由于燃煤电厂脱硫废水成分复杂,具有含盐量高、腐蚀性强、易结垢等特点,自从"水污染防治行动计划"颁布以后,脱硫废水零排放已逐渐成为电厂污染物深度治理的必然趋势。燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放处理采用旁路烟道蒸发处理工艺,其具有占地面积小、投资和运行成本低、运维方便、不产生新的固废等优点,已逐渐成为脱硫废水零排放的主流技术。某2×350 MW燃煤电厂采用旁路烟道喷雾干燥蒸发技术对脱硫废水进行零排放处理,每台机组配置2台2 m^(3)/h双向流体雾化蒸发塔。对该工艺系统进行性能试验研究,结果表明蒸发塔喷水量满足设计要求,入口烟气温度为333~347℃,出口烟气温度为152~167℃,蒸发1 m^(3)废水抽取高温烟气平均约10 275 Nm^(3)/h。单台机组喷水量为3.1~3.9 m^(3)/h时,蒸发塔入口烟气量占机组总烟气量的3.2%~3.7%,锅炉热效率下降约为0.29%~0.33%,处理吨水发电煤耗增加值为0.27~0.31 g/(kW·h),运行成本为67.56~71.36元/(m^(3)·h),各项性能指标满足设计要求,实现了脱硫废水高效低成本零排放,系统运行效果良好。 Desulfurization wastewater from coal power plants is characterized by complex compositions,high salinity,strong corrosiveness and easy to cause scaling.Since the“Action Plan for Prevention and Control of Water Pollution”was promulgated,zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater has become an inevitable trend of deep treatment of pollutants from power plants.The bypass flue evaporation treatment process for desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants is of small area,low cost in investment and operation,convenient operation,no secondary solid-waste and so on.Bypass flue gas evaporation has gradually become the mainstream technology of zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater.The flue bypass rotating spray drying method on the desulfurization wastewater zero discharge treatment was involved in a coal-fired power plant of 2×350 MW.Each unit was equipped with two 2.0 m^(3)/h two-phase flow evaporation towers.The system running performance was tested,and the results showed that the spray water volume of evaporation tower met the design requirements.The inlet flue gas temperature was between 333-347℃,and the outlet flue gas temperature was between 152-167℃.Evaporating 1 m;wastewater needed average 10 275 Nm^(3)/h high temperature flue gas.When the spray water volume of a single unit was between 3.1-3.9 m^(3)/h,the inlet flue gas volume of evaporation tower accounted for 3.2%-3.7% of the total flue gas volume of the unit.The boiler thermal efficiency decreased between 0.29%-0.33%,and the increased value of coal consumption for power generation by processing 1 m;wastewater was between 0.27-0.31g/(kW·h).The operating cost was between 67.56-71.36 yuan/(m^(3)·h).The performance indexes of the system met the design requirements.The bypass flue gas drying technology had high efficiency,low cost and good operation effect for realizing zero discharge of the desulfurization wastewater.
