摘要
目的 分析洛阳市高校学生HIV感染情况和流行趋势,评估高校新生HIV抗体筛查工作成效,为高校学生艾滋病防治策略制定提供科学依据。方法 根据2014-2019年洛阳市3所高校新生HIV抗体筛查数据和艾滋病防治信息系统报告数据分析高校学生艾滋病流行特征。结果 2019年洛阳市3所高校在校学生总体HIV感染率为2.57/万(95%CI:1.60/万~3.54/万)。2014-2019年洛阳市高校新生HIV抗体筛查发现HIV抗体阳性病例22例,其他检测途径发现23例;主要传播途径为男男同性性传播(75.6%),其次为异性性传播(22.2%)。结论 洛阳市高校学生总体HIV感染率仍然处于较低水平,HIV感染人群主要为男男同性性行为人群。艾滋病健康教育需要关口前移。
Objective To analyze the situation and trend of HIV infection among college students in Luoyang, and to evaluate the effectiveness of HIV antibody screening among freshmen, so as to provide scientific basis for formulating AIDS prevention strategies for college students. Methods According to the data of HIV antibody screening of freshmen and AIDS prevention and control information system report in 3 universities of Luoyang from 2014 to 2019, the epidemic characteristics of AIDS among college students were analyzed. Results In 2019, the overall HIV infection rate of students in 3 universities in Luoyang was2.57/10 000(95%CI: 1.60/10 000-3.54/10 000).From 2014 to 2019, 22 HIV antibody positive cases were found in freshmen,and 23 cases were found by the system report. The main route of transmission was homosexual transmission in males(75.6%), followed by heterosexual transmission(22.2%). Conclusion The overall HIV infection rate of Luoyang college students is still at a low level, and the HIV infected students are mainly men with homosexual behavior. AIDS health education needs to move forward.
