摘要
目的估计洛阳市某高校MSM人群规模,开展高危行为调查,为艾滋病防控提供科学依据。方法疾控机构招募志愿者,利用BLUED软件,采用捕获-再捕获方法,估计MSM人群规模;假扮嫖客,与MSM人群深入访谈。结果第一次捕获100人,第二次123人,标记人员47人,根据Chapman无偏估计公式计算MSM人群基数为260人,95%可信限为238~282人;人口比例约为1.63%。对122人进行了深入访谈,结果 MSM人群BLUED经常使用率为59.02%,艾滋病知晓率为71.31%,至少有一个以上男性性伴者达73.93%,安全套使用率为86.89%,定期HIV检测率为27.87%。结论某高校MSM人群具有一定规模,艾滋病感染风险较高,应不断探索利用新媒体开展干预工作。
Objective To estimate population of MSM in a university in Luoyang by BLUED and conduct high risk behavior survey for aids control. Methods Capture-mark-recapture method was used to calculate the MSM population size. Posing as clients, in-depth interview were used to collect the behavior characteristics of MSM. Results The MSM population size was estimated as 260（95 % CI：238-282）, the population proportion was 1.63 %. 122 MSM were surveyed, the BLUED usage rate was 59.02 %, the awareness rate of AIDS was 71.31 %, the rate of at least one male partner was73.93 %, the condom usage rate was 86.69 %, the rate of regular HIV detection was 27.87 %. Conclusion MSM population in a university has a certain scale, the risk of HIV infection is high, should continue to explore the use of new media to carry out intervention work.
