摘要
项目环境影响评价指的是分析、预测、评价规划实施预期环境影响,针对不良环境影响制定预防或减轻措施,从而避免项目规划及区域规划对生态环境造成过多影响。为此,首先分析规划环境影响评价对环境保护工作的重要性,其次分析规划环境影响评价在环境保护工作中的应用流程,以期为规划环境影响评价开展提供参考,确保各项规划在推动城市发展建设的同时不会破坏环境。
Project environmental impact assessment refers to the analysis,prediction and evaluation of the expected environmental impact of the planning implementation,and the formulation of prevention or mitigation measures for the adverse environmental impact,so as to avoid the excessive impact of the project planning and regional planning on the ecological environment.Therefore,the importance of planning environmental impact assessment to environmental protection is analyzed,and the application process of planning environmental impact assessment in environmental protection is analyzed,in order to provide reference for planning environmental impact assessment and ensure that the planning will not damage the environment while promoting urban development and construction.
