摘要
流域规划是当前我国对水资源保护利用的重要政策,主要针对我国江河流域内的资源进行保护以及合理规划利用,且提升资源合理规划保护效果,对于现代化河流保护工作实施也有非常重要的作用。本文针对流域规划工作进行了研究,分析了流域规划环境影响评价,总结了完成流域规划对生态环境的主要影响,建立流域规划过程中的环境保护目标。
Watershed planning is an important policy for the protection and utilization of water resources in China.It mainly aims at the protection and rational planning and utilization of resources in China’s river basins,so as to improve the protection effect of rational resource planning.It also plays a very important role in the implementation of modern river protection.This paper studies watershed planning,analyzes the environmental impact assessment of watershed planning,summarizes the main impact of watershed planning on the ecological environment,and establishes the environmental protection objectives in the process of watershed planning.
