110kV干式空心并联电抗器地震模拟震动台试验 被引量:5

摘要 110 kV干式空心并联电抗器肩负着改善轻负载线路中的无功分布、降低有功损耗以及提高送电效率等重要作用,是1000 kV特高压交流输电工程主变压器第三绕组110 kV无功补偿关键设备之一,其抗震性能至关重要。文中基于锡盟—山东1000 kV特高压交流输变电工程,首先阐述了110 kV干式空心并联电抗器主要技术参数以及抗震要求,然后详细介绍了地震台参数、地震输入波形以及位移和应变测点布置位置,并对110 kV干式空心并联电抗器进行了地震模拟震动台试验。试验结果表明:①台面最大加速度实测值大于0.4g,抗震试验地震波满足9度地震要求;②抗震试验前后对比,电抗器水平向(X向)基频变化较小,可认为电抗器在试验前后刚度保持不变,几乎没有损伤;③考虑自重、端子拉力荷载以及风荷载并乘以相应组合系数后,绝缘子构件最小安全系数为2.94,大于标准要求的1.67,满足9度抗震设防烈度要求。110 kV干式空心并联电抗器地震模拟震动台试验可为后期干式空心电抗器抗震特性方面研究提供参考依据。 110 kV dry type air⁃core shunt reactor plays such important role as improvement of reactive power distri⁃bution,reduction of active power loss and improvement of power transmission efficiency in light load transmission line.It is one of the key of 110 kV reactive power compensation equipment of the tertiary winding of the main trans⁃former in 1000 kV UHV AC transmission project and its seismic performance is also of great importance.Based on Ximeng⁃Shandong 1000 kV UHV AC transmission project,the main technical parameters and seismic requirement of the 110 kV dry type air core shunt reactor is described firstly in this paper.Then,the parameters of the seismic bench,seismic input waveform,displacement as well as layout position of the strain measurement point are intro⁃duced in detail.And the seismic simulation bench test is performed on the 110 kV dry⁃type air⁃core shunt reactor.The test results indicate that:Firstly,the actually measured maximum acceleration of the bench is greater than 0.4g and seismic wave of the seismic test meets the requirement of seismic level up to 9 degree;Secondly,the fundamen⁃tal frequency variation of the reactor at horizontal direction(X direction)is less through comparison before and after the seismic test and it can be considered that rigidity of the reactor is basically unchanged before and after the test and with almost no damage;Thirdly,considering the combination load of self⁃weight,terminal force load and wind load multiplying with corresponding coefficient,the minimum safety coefficient of insulators is 2.94,which is greater than 1.67 required in standard and meet the requirements of 9 degree seismic fortification intensity.This seismic sim⁃ulation bench test of 110 kV dry⁃type air⁃core reactor can provide reference for the research on seismic performance performance of dry⁃type air⁃core reactor in the future.
