阐述特高压输电的线损影响因素,提升运维质量的应对措施,包括信息化技术和计算机的应用、系统的监督管理、完善的调度机制、影响输电的因素控制。
This paper expounds the influencing factors of UHV transmission line loss and the countermeasures to improve the operation and maintenance quality,including the application of information technology and computer,system supervision and management,perfect dispatching mechanism and control of factors affecting transmission.
