摘要
文章旨在研究智能平台在互感器试验中的应用,以提高试验效率与准确性。智能平台由便携式控制箱、校验仪、升压器、高压隔离开关和高低压自动切线模块构成。通过自动切线原理,可实现互感器的工频耐压试验与误差测量。便携式控制箱包含电流表、电压表、旋转开关等元器件,可实现试验参数控制与监测。通过对比手动与自动试验发现,智能平台能显著减少互感器试验时间,且结果与手动试验无明显差异,提高了试验效率与准确性。
The purpose of this paper is to study the application of intelligent platform in transformer test,so as to improve the test efficiency and accuracy.The intelligent platform is composed of portable control box,calibrator,booster,high voltage isolation switch and high and low voltage automatic tangent module.Through the principle of automatic tangency,the power frequency voltage withstand test and error measurement of the transformer can be realized.The portable control case contains ammeter,voltmeter,rotary switch and other components,which can realize the control and monitoring of test parameters.By comparing the manual test with the automatic test,it is found that the intelligent platform can significantly reduce the transformer test time,and the results are not significantly different from the manual test,which improves the test efficiency and accuracy.
