非完全消化-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定饲料中多种微量元素

摘要 运用非完全消化法消解动物饲料样品,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定饲料中Fe、K、Na、Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ti、Se等10种元素的含量,测定结果RSD在0.07%~3.39%之间,加标回收率在96.7%~105.3%之间。方法对消解设备要求不高。与标准中微波消解法的结果相比较,相对误差小于±1%,能快速准确地同时测定动物饲料中多种微量元素的含量。 This paper use incomplete digestion to digest animal feed samples, and use inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry to determine the content of Fe, K, Na, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ti, and Se in feed. The RSD of the determination results is between 0.07% and 3.39%, and the recovery rate of standard addition is between 96.7% and 105.3%. This method does not require high digestion equipment. Compared with the results of the microwave digestion method in the standard, the relative error is less than ±1%, and can quickly and accurately determine the content of multiple trace elements in animal feed at the same time.
