摘要
本文使用原子吸收分光光度计测定长江水体流域中重金属镉的含量。对样品采用加酸煮沸消解的方式对样品进行前处理。采用建立标准曲线,计算待测样品中镉的含量。本文采集样品为鄱阳湖、长江中部流域(武汉地区)、洞庭湖三种水体样品;其镉含量分别为1.324×10^(-3)mg/kg、1.796×10^(-3)mg/kg、2.418×10^(-3)mg/kg,三组样品三组平行样的相对标准偏差在0.017%~0.035%,方法检出限为0.5×10^(-3)mg/kg。同时为验证该方法的准确性,采取加入标准溶液测试回收率,回收率结果在78.00%~100.10%之间。表明该方法不仅具有分析水体中重金属镉的能力,而且具备快速、高效、准确的特点。
In this paper,the content of heavy metal cadmium in the Yangtze river water basin was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The samples were pretreated by boiling digestion with acid.The standard curve was established to calculate the content of cadmium in the samples to be tested.The samples collected in this paper are poyang lake,the middle Yangtze river basin(wuhan region)and dongting lake.The cadmium content was 1.324×10^(-3)mg/kg,1.796×10^(-3)mg/kg,2.418×10^(-3)mg/kg,and the relative standard deviation of three groups of samples was 0.017%~0.035%.The detection limit of the method was 0.5×10^(-3)mg/kg.Among the three samples,the cadmium content in dongting lake was the highest,mainly because of illegal sand mining and random discharge of sewage from small workshops.At the same time,to verify the accuracy of the method,the standard solution was added to test the recovery rate,and the recovery result was between 78.00%and 100.10%.The results show that the method is rapid,efficient and accurate in the analysis of heavy metal cadmium in water.
