摘要
以香菇为原料,加入优纯级硝酸和双氧水微波消解成无色透明的溶液,利用ICP-OES仪器测定其质量浓度并制定标准曲线,检测待测元素的质量浓度。结果表明,5种金属的相关系数为0.9990~0.9999,方法检出限均小于0.00049 mg/L,加标回收率为90%~110%;用微波消解ICP-OES检测香菇中的微量元素是可行的,具有各元素线性关系良好、灵敏度高和回收率高的优点。
Using Lentinus edodes as raw material,the solution was digested by microwave digestion with high purity nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide,and its concentration was determined by ICP-OES instrument.The standard curve was drawn up and the concentration of the elements to be measured was determined.The results showed the correlation coefficients of the five metals are 0.9990~0.9999.The detection limits were less than 0.00049 mg/L.The recovery of standard addition ranges from 90%~110%.It is feasible to detect trace elements in Lentinus edodes by microwave digestion ICP-OES.It has the advantages of good linear relationship,high sensitivity and high recovery.
