摘要
文章对中文版《大学教学自我效能感量表》进行信度以及效度检验,并探索高校教师的教学效能感水平。分别使用样本一(n_(1)=342)进行项目分析、探索性因素分析,使用样本二(n_(2)=205)进行验证性因素分析,使用样本三(n_(3)=67)进行重测信度检验。结果表明:大学教学自我效能感量表具有1个因子,包括15个项目,具有良好的结构效度以及信度,并且大学教师教学自我效能感水平较高。结论:该量表适宜在我国高校教师群体中使用。
The purpose of the study is to offer a Chinese version of College Teaching Self-Efficacy Scale,and test its reliability and validity.The level of teaching self-efficacy of Chinese university teachers was also examined.Data from sample 1(n_(1)=342)was used for item analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Data from sample 2(n_(2)=205)was tested for confirmatory factor analysis.Data from sample 3(n_(3)=67)was used for the test-retest reliability.Results showed that College Teaching Self-Efficacy Scale had one factor and consisted of 15 items.The results also illustrated satisfactory internal consistency reliability,test-retest reliability,as well as good validity.In addition,university teachers had a high level of teaching self-efficacy.Conclusion:College Teaching Self-Efficacy Scale was appropriate for measuring teaching self-efficacy of Chinese teachers from colleges and universities.
