摘要
[研究目的]在教育部明确国家安全一级学科背景下,应该进一步探索国家安全学科人才培养的布局、二级学科的构建以及核心课程设置,有助于明确国空安全学学科定位,推动国家安全学科长期稳定发展。[研究方法]通过系统的文献分析以及对17个国家137所高校国家安全相关学科的考察,研究探索我国国家安全学科的人才布局、学科构建和课程设置。[研究结论]长远来看,国家安全门类仍为最优选择。国家安全学一级学科层面的综合属性与二级学科内部的交叉属性并存;学科建设上,应该构建国家安全基础理论与部门(领域)安全并重的开放式二级学科设置框架;应借鉴法学一级学科的实践经验,本科培养层次不再另分专业,构建本科层面“大而全”与硕、博层面“小而精”,面、点结合的国家安全人才培养布局与课程设置。
[Research purpose] Under the background of the Ministry of Education defining the first-level discipline of national security,we should further explore the layout of national security personnel training,the construction of second-level discipline and core curriculum setting.[Research method] Through systematic literature analysis and investigation of national security-related disciplines in 137 universities from 17 countries,the talent layout,discipline construction and curriculum setting of national security discipline in China were studied and explored.[Research conclusion] In the long run,the national security category is still the best choice.The comprehensive attribute of the first level discipline of national security coexists with the cross attribute of the second level discipline.In terms of discipline construction,we should construct an open secondary discipline setting framework with equal emphasis on the basic theory of national security and department(field) security.The practical experience of the first-level discipline of law should be used for reference,and the undergraduate training level should no longer be divided into different majors,construct the layout and curriculum of national security personnel training that is "large and complete" at the undergraduate level and "small and precise" at the master and doctoral levels,and combines aspects and points.
