在世界百年未有之大变局中,国内外形势错综复杂,国家安全问题催生国家安全学;国家安全学应用于国家安全问题的预防和化解,服务于国家安全目标的实现。国家安全学学科集交叉和综合属性于一身,呈横切延伸性特征和走向。深刻理解国家安全学的内生逻辑,特别是国家安全学学科横切延伸性的内涵,对于我们构建国家安全学学科理论具有重要指导意义。
In the context of the oncein-a-century global changes,the domestic and international situations remain intricate and complex,and mounting national security challenges have called for the emergence of national security studies.Such studies can be applied to prevent and defuse national security risks,thus serving national security objectives.National security studies are both interdisciplinary and comprehensive,characterized by transverse extensibility.Deeply understanding the inherent logic of national security studies,especially the connotations of the transverse extensibility of this discipline,is of great significance for our efforts to construct disciplinary theories on national security studies.
