摘要
日本作为公认的教育大国,在教育理念、教育制度及教育成果等方面无疑是非常出色的。以终身教育为指导思想,关注全体国民的继续教育是日本教育理念的一个亮点。日本的继续教育无论是一般性的国民普及教育,还是企业中的职业性继续教育都十分完备,促进了日本教育的发展,也大幅度提高了国民整体素质。以继续教育为研究对象,明确日本继续教育的特征及优势,从而探究其对我国继续教育发展的启示。
As a recognized educational country,Japan is undoubtedly outstanding in terms of educational concept,educational system and educational achievements.It takes lifelong education as its guiding ideology,and focuses on the continuing education of all citizens,which should be regarded as a bright point of Japanese educational concept.Continuing education in Japan is very complete both in general national universal education and vocational continuing education in enterprises,which not only promotes the development of Japanese education,but also greatly improves the overall quality of the people.Therefore,this paper takes continuing education as the research object,and clarifies the characteristics and advantages of continuing education in Japan,so as to explore its enlightenment to the development of continuing education in China.
