摘要
高校专业课程的思政育人作用体现在其潜移默化地引导学生的价值观念,它以专业知识为载体,是知识传授与价值影响的有机结合。实践教学作为专业教学中不可或缺的环节,应当呈现出与理论课程相协调的价值取向,并同样承担起思政育人的职能。文章基于酒店管理专业实践教学“职业导向”的特征,以“职业价值观”为切入点,探讨如何引领学生建立职业理想、培育积极的职业态度和职业精神,实现“思政育人”的目标。
The ideological and political education function of professional courses in colleges and universities is reflected in the values that imperceptibly guide students.It takes professional knowledge as the carrier and is an organic combination of knowledge imparting and value influence.As an indispensable link in professional teaching,practical teaching should show the value orientation coordinated with the theoretical curriculum,and also assume the function of ideological and political education.Based on the characteristics of"career orientation"in the practical teaching of hotel management specialty,and taking"professional values"as the starting point,this paper discusses how to lead students to establish professional ideals and cultivate positive professional attitude and professional spirit,so as to achieve the goal of"ideological and political education for people".
