摘要
文章研究了高校酒店管理专业开展课程思政教学的必要性,并针对实践中高校酒店管理专业课程思政教学存在的教学育人目标模糊、教学体系零散、教学实践不足和教学师资培育不够等问题,提出明确课程思政教学育人目标、整合课程思政教学体系、强化课程思政教学实践、加强课程思政教学师资培育等建议。
This paper studies the necessity of carrying out ideological and political teaching in the course of hotel management in colleges and universities. And in view of the problems of fuzzy teaching objectives, scattered teaching system, insufficient teaching practice and insufficient cultivation of teachers in the course of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as clarifying the educational objectives of ideological and political teaching, integrating the ideological and political teaching system, enhancing the teaching practice of ideological and political teaching, and strengthening the cultivation of teachers of ideological and political teaching.
