摘要
“中和思想”是中国古代哲学的重要组成部分,亦是人体生理观与健康观的基础,人与自然间、人体内部均拥有阴阳相互交感以使“中和”化生的过程。远端选穴是针灸治疗疾病时取穴的重要原则,以达到令疾病向中和而愈的目的。文章试从“中和思想”的角度对远端选穴原则进行原理阐释与探讨,即远端选穴从病位的角度为患者制造出了一对阴阳,以化生出“中和”的状态,并且使中焦脾胃在此过程得到顾护。后附验案一则,从理论连接临床,为临床针刺选穴提供思路。
‘Neutralization thought’ is an important part of ancient Chinese philosophy, and it is also the basis of the concept of human physiology and health. Between man and nature, and within the human body, there is a process of mutual interaction between yin and yang to make neutralization metamorphose. Distal point selection is an important principle of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of diseases, achieving the goal of neutralizing and healing the disease. This article attempts to explain and discuss the principle of distal point selection from the perspective of ‘neutralization thought’, which creates a pair of yin and yang for the patient from the perspective of points’ position, transforming it into a ‘neutralized’ state, and during this process, spleen and stomach were also taken care of. At last, a case study is attached, which connects the theory to the clinic and provides ideas for the selection of clinical acupuncture points.
