无重稀土烧结钕铁硼磁体的制备与性能 被引量:2

Preparation and properties of sintered NdFeB magnets without heavy rare earth

摘要 采用气流磨细化晶粒的方法制备了无重稀土烧结钕铁硼磁体,对比研究了无重稀土磁体与同牌号商用含重稀土磁体的磁性能、温度稳定性和微观结构。结果表明:无重稀土磁体与含重稀土磁体的常温磁性能基本相当,具有较好的常温磁性能。但是,无重稀土磁体的高温磁性能较低,抗高温退磁能力弱,温度稳定性较差。与含重稀土磁体相比,无重稀土磁体的晶界富稀土相较均匀地连续分布在主相晶粒周围,且主相晶粒相对较小,提高了磁体的矫顽力。作为非磁性连续分布的晶界富稀土相既有助于烧结磁体的致密化,又能起到去磁耦合作用。 Sintered NdFeB magnets without heavy rare earth were prepared by grain refinement with jet milling.Magnetic properties,temperature stability and microstructure of the magnets without heavy rare earth and commercial magnets containing heavy rare earth of the same brand were compared and studied.The results show that the room temperature magnetic properties of the magnets without heavy rare earth are almost the same as those of commercial magnets containing heavy rare earth,and have better room temperature magnetic properties.However,the magnets without heavy rare earth have low high-temperature magnetic properties,weak high-temperature demagnetization resistance and poor temperature stability.Compared with the magnets containing heavy rare earth,the grain boundary rich rare earth phase of the magnets without heavy rare earth is evenly and continuously distributed around the main phase grain,and the main phase grain is relatively small,which increases the coercivity of the magnets.As a non-magnetic continuous grain boundary rare earth rich phase,it can not only contribute to the densification of sintered magnet,but also play a demagnetization coupling role.
