摘要
为制备更高性能和结构更稳定的钕铁硼磁体材料,在对传统钕铁硼磁体材料制备工序研究的基础上,分析了不同工序环节的主要功能;重点研究了添加氧化镝和钬元素对最终制备所得钕铁硼磁体材料的结构及相关性能的影响;为后续钕铁硼磁体材料的实际生产制备提供借鉴意义。
In order to prepare NdFeB magnet material with higher performance and more stable structure,the main functions of different processes are analyzed based on the study of the preparation process of traditional NdFeB magnet material.The effect of dysprosium oxide and holmium on the structure and related properties of the final NdFeB magnet material was studied.It provides reference for the actual production and preparation of NdFeB magnet materials.
