摘要
硼亲和材料是分离、检测顺式二羟基化合物的有效手段,经过近十多年的研究,得到了显著的发展,特别是一些影响材料亲和性能的基本问题得到了解决,产生了一系列先进的功能化硼亲和材料。本文主要介绍硼亲和材料的发展、应用等方面的研究进展,总结其在糖蛋白等物质的分离纯化、药物分析检测和传递、核酸适配体筛选、疾病检测等方面的应用,并对其发展前景作了展望。
Boron affinity material is an effective method to separate and detect CIS dihydroxy compounds.After more than ten years of research,it has been significantly developed,especially some basic problems affecting the affinity of materials have been solved,and a series of advanced functional boron affinity materials have been produced.The development and application of boron affinity materials were introduced,their applications in the separation and purification of glycoproteins and other compounds,drug analysis,detection and delivery,aptamer screening,disease detection,and so on,were summarized,and their development prospects were prospected.
