外周血细胞形态检查在苯作业劳动者健康监护中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究外周血细胞形态检查运用于苯作业劳动者健康监护中的价值。方法选择2020年4月—2021年3月职业健康检查中100例苯作业劳动者作为研究组,同一时间职业健康检查中100例未从事苯相关作业者作为对照组,同时将此期间申请职业性苯中毒诊断者50例作为中毒组,分别检查所有样品血细胞计数及外周血细胞形态。结果中毒组红细胞、白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白、中性粒细胞指标低于研究组、对照组,但淋巴细胞高于研究组、对照组(P<0.05),且研究组与对照组的各指标也存在显著差异(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组在中性粒细胞核固缩、红细胞淡染区检出率上无明显差别(P>0.05),但研究组在中性粒细胞中毒颗粒、中性粒细胞胞浆空泡、淋巴细胞相对比例的检出率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外周血细胞形态检查运用于苯作业劳动者健康监护中作用显著,可成为预防苯中毒的重要指标,值得推广。 Objective To study the value of peripheral blood cell morphology examination on the health supervision for workers exposed to benzene.Methods 100 workers exposed to benzene of undergoing the occupational health examination from April 2020 to March 2021 were set as study group;over the same time period,100 workers without being exposed to benzene were set as control group;50 cases of being diagnosed with benzene poisoning were set as poisoning group.The blood cell count and peripheral blood cell morphologies were measured and analyzed.Results The erythrocyte,leukocyte,blood platelet,hemoglobin and neutrophile granulocyte levels in the poisoning group were lower than those of study group and control group,but the lymphocyte levels were higher than those of study group and control group(P<0.05);there was no significant between-group difference in the detection rate of neutrophil pyknosis and red blood cell light staining area(P>0.05),but the detection rate of neutrophil toxic particles,neutrophil cytoplasmic vacuoles and the relative proportion of lymphocytes in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The peripheral blood cell morphology examination has obvious effects on the health supervision for workers exposed to benzene,which can be considered as the important index of preventing the benzene poisoning.It is worthy of promotion.
