摘要
村庄分类是村庄规划的基础。《关于统筹推进村庄规划工作的意见》中明确了村庄的类型,但没有明确村庄分类的具体原则与方法。本文从区位条件、自然条件、村庄规模、经济水平、配套设施五个维度构建村庄发展潜力评价指标体系,建立“摸清村庄家底—村庄潜力评价—上下联动”的技术路线。以西藏昂仁县的185个行政村为例,对村庄进行分类,并提出相应的对策。
Village classifcation is the basis of village planning. The Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting Village Planning defnes the types of villages, but does not specify the specific principles and methods of village classification. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of village development potential from fve dimensions of location conditions, natural conditions, village scale,economic level and facilities, and establishes the technical route of “finding out the background of the village-village potential evaluation-up-down linkage”. Taking 185 administrative villages in Angren County, Tibet as an example, this paper classifes the villages and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
