摘要
中文教育本土化建设是确保国际中文教育高质量可持续发展的重要组成部分,本文运用文献研究和实证研究的方法,分析调研英国大学中文专业课程、中小学中文课程、华文教育和孔子学院四大板块中文教育现状。研究发现,英国中文教育起步较早、发展较快、规模较大,但其本土化建设方面尚存在利用本国资源不够、开展教学过多依靠中方资源等困难和问题。为此,就推进英国中文教育本土化建设,提出英国加强政策和资源供给、中方加大资源供给侧改革、中英共建精品示范项目等建议。
The localization of Chinese education is an important part of ensuring the high quality and sustainable development of international Chinese education.The methods of literature research and empirical research were used to analyze and investigate the current situation of Chinese education in four major sectors in the UK:Chinese language courses in universities,Chinese language courses in primary and secondary schools,Chinese language education and Confucius Institutes.It is found that Chinese education in the UK started early,developed rapidly and was on a large scale,but there were still some difficulties and problems in its localization construction,such as insufficient use of domestic resources and excessive reliance on Chinese resources for teaching.Suggestions like enhancing policy and resource supply in the UK,strengthening resource supply-side reform in China,and jointly building high-quality demonstration projects between China and the UK are put forward.
