摘要
目的探究妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症产妇血清总胆汁酸(TBA)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平对胎儿生长发育的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2020年2月本院收治的60例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症产妇作为观察组,另选取本院健康产妇60名作为对照组。两组均接受TBA、AST检验,比较两组产妇TBA、AST水平及新生儿出生后1 h生长发育指标。结果观察组TBA与AST水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体质量、身长、头围、胸围、上臀围及顶臀围均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症产妇TBA、AST水平均较高,且疾病可对胎儿的生长发育产生不良影响,密切监测产妇的TBA、AST水平是明确病情、确保胎儿正常生长与发育的重要手段。
Objective To investigate the effects of serum total bile acid(TBA)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)levels on fetal growth and development in pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods 60 pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy treated in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 60 healthy pregnant women in our hospital were selected as the control group.Both groups were tested for serum TBA and AST.The levels of TBA and AST and the growth and development in-dexes of newborns 1 h after birth were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of TBA and AST in the observation group were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body weight,length,head circumference,chest circumference,upper hip circumference and top hip circumference of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of TBA and AST in pregnant women with intrahepatic cho-lestasis of pregnancy are high,and the disease can have adverse effects on the growth and development of the fetus.Closely monitoring the levels of TBA and AST in pregnant women is an important means to clarify the condition and ensure the normal growth and development of the fetus.
