摘要 为了解决皮革企业人员流动性大、离职率高的问题,实现皮革企业人力资源的科学与规范化管理,探讨了皮革企业人力资源管理现状及存在的问题,介绍了绩效考核的内容和方法。通过分析绩效考核在人力资源管理中的应用价值,有针对性地给出了皮革企业在人力资源管理过程中制定绩效考核制度时的具体应用路径,通过完善考核体系、明确考核指标、创新考核方法、规范考核流程、加强测评沟通、合理调整权重等策略的实施,为皮革企业提升员工素质、保留核心人才提供科学有效的管理方法。 In order to solve the problems of large personnel mobility and high turnover rate in leather enterprises and realize the scientific and standardized management of human resources in leather enterprises,the current situation and existing problems of human resources management in leather enterprises were discussed,and the contents and methods of performance appraisal were introduced.By analyzing the application value of performance appraisal in human resource management,the specific application path of performance appraisal system formulated by leather enterprises in the process of human resource management was given.Through the implementation of strategies such as improving the assessment system,clarifying assessment indicators,innovating assessment methods,standardizing assessment processes,strengthening assessment communication and reasonably adjusting weights,it provides scientific and effective management methods for leather enterprises to improve the quality of employees and retain core talents.
