摘要
优选α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基胶,气相法白炭黑为补强填料,通过两种不同交联剂混合配备,选择适量偶联剂和催化剂等功能助剂,制得综合性能优异、应用范围广泛的脱酮肟型透明硅橡胶。试验逐一分析107胶黏度、交联剂与填料添加量对硅橡胶力学或施工性能的影响。结果发现,当选用80000000Pa·s黏度107胶作基胶.5~7份混合交联剂.8-10份补强填料气相法白炭黑,以此配方研制得的透明硅橡胶拥有优异的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率以及位移能力,施工便捷、贮存稳定,具有广阔的适用发展领域。
Theα,ω-dimethoxy polydimethylsiloxane is preferably selected as the base glue(hereinafter referred to as 107 glue),the fumed silica is used for reinforcement,then by compounding two kinds of cross-linking agent,selecting appropriate amount of coupling agent and catalyst and other functional additives,the de-ketoxime transparent silicone rubber with excellent comprehensive properties and a wide application range is prepared.The effects of 107 adhesive's viscosity,amount of crosslinking agent mixture and fumed silica on the mechanical and construction properties of silicone rubber are analyzed.It is found that when using 107 glue with a viscosity of 80000~200000mPa·s as the base glue,5-7 parts of mixed crosslinking agent and 8〜10 parts of fumed silica,a transparent silicone rubber with excellent tensile strength,elongation at break and displacement ability can be prepared,and it is convenient to construct,it also has a stable storage ability and a wide application field.
