摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107硅橡胶)为基胶,添加白炭黑、交联剂、偶联剂和催化剂等,研制单组分透明脱醇有机硅密封胶。探讨了107硅橡胶粘度选择、交联剂的添加量和偶联剂种类对密封胶性能的影响,以及硅橡胶粘度的最佳配比。透明密封胶具有自流平特性,且具有耐温性、耐紫外性和耐水性的特点,有良好的力学性能及粘接性能。
Based on α,ω-Dihydroxy Polydimethylsiloxane(107 silicone rubber),white carbon black,crosslinking agent,coupling agent and catalyst are added to develop a one-component transparent dealcoholized silicone seal glue.The effect of 107 silicone rubber viscosity selection,crosslinking agent addition,coupling agent type on the performance of the sealant,and the best ratio of silicone rubber viscosity are discussed.The transparent sealant has self-leveling properties,as well as the characteristics of temperature resistance,ultraviolet resistance,and water resistance with good mechanical properties and bonding properties.
