摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理在贲门失弛缓症经口内镜下食管括约肌切开术(POEM)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月—2019年2月在本院接受POEM术治疗的80例贲门失弛缓症患者作为研究对象,参考随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用PDCA循环管理,比较两组患者依从性及生活质量。结果干预1个预时,观察组患者的依从率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,(χ^(2)=5.165,P=0.023);干预1个预时,观察组患者干预生理机能、情感职能、生理职能、精神职能、情感职能、社会功能、活力、一般健康状况评分均高于对照组,躯体疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对贲门失弛缓症POEM术患者采用PDCA循环管理能有效提高患者依从性,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of plan-do-check action(PDCA) circulation management in patients with cardiac achalasia undergoing peroral endoscopic myotomy(POEM).Methods A total of 80 patients with cardiac achalasia who underwent POEM in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group according to the random number table.The routine nursing was used in the control group,and PDCA circulation management was used in the observation group on the basis of the control group.The compliance and quality of life of the two groups were investigated and compared.Results After one pre intervention,the compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50% in the control group(χ^(2)= 5.165,P = 0.023).After one pre intervention,the scores of physiological function,emotional function,physiological function,spiritual function,emotional function,social function,vitality and general health status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the score of physical pain of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation management for patients with cardiac achalasia undergoing POEM can effectively improve their compliance and quality of life.
