摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理在提高住院患者静脉输液限速准确率中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的住院输液患者为研究对象,通过PDCA循环法进行静脉输液限速的规范化管理,对比实施前(2020年6~8月)180例患者与实施后(2020年9~11月)191例患者静脉输液相关不规范行为及静脉输液限速准确率。结果实施PDCA管理后,住院患者静脉输液相关不规范行为发生率相比实施前均显著降低;住院患者输液静脉输液限速准确率相比实施前的显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理可有效提高住院患者静脉输液限速准确率,有助于提高输液安全管理。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation management in improving the accuracy rate of intravenous infusion speed limit in inpatients.Methods Inpatients with intravenous infusion in the department of gastroenterology of Xianning Central Hospital were selected as the research subjects.The standardized management of intravenous infusion speed limit was carried out by PDCA cycle method.The irregularbehaviors related to intravenous infusion and the accuracy rate of intravenous infusion speed limit of inpatients before the implementation(180 patients from June to August,2020)and after the implementation(191 patients from September to November,2020)were compared.Results After the implementation of PDCA management,the incidence of intravenous infusion related irregularities in inpatients decreased significantly as compared with that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of PDCA cycle management,the accuracy rate of intravenous infusion speed limit in inpatients was 80.0%,which was significantly higher than that of 62.2%before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management can effectively improve the speed limit accuracy of intravenous infusion in inpatients,and is helpful to improve the safety management of intravenous infusion.
