摘要
目的 探讨综合护理对慢阻肺患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法 选取我院2019年1月至2021年3月期间收治的100例慢阻肺患者,随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组实施常规基础护理,研究组实施综合护理。比较两组患者的肺功能指标(FVC、 PEF、 FEV_(1)/FVC)及生活质量评分。结果 干预后,研究组的FVC、 PEF、 FEV_(1)/FVC明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组功能、症状及整体健康状况评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理可有效改善慢阻肺患者的肺功能,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing on pulmonary function and quality of life for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group received routine basic nursing,and the study group received comprehensive nursing.The pulmonary function indicators(FVC,PEF,FEV_(1)/FVC)and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the FVC,PEF and FEV_(1)/FVC of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of function,symptoms and overall health status in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
