摘要
目的:分析综合护理对慢阻肺伴呼吸衰竭患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法:2017年8月-2018年8月收治慢阻肺伴呼吸衰竭患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后血气指标水平优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为慢阻肺伴呼吸衰竭患者提供综合护理措施,可提高护理满意度,并能够改善患者血气指标水平,有助于改善患者症状,应用效果较好。
Objective:To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of comprehensive nursing on COPD patients with respiratory failure.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2018,84 COPD patients with respiratory failure were selected and they randomly divided into two groups with 42 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The blood gas index level of the observation group was better than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing comprehensive nursing measures for COPD patients with respiratory failure can improve nursing satisfaction and improve the blood gas index level of patients,which can help to improve the symptoms of patients with good application effect.
