摘要
选用88份水稻品种(系),在盘锦市大洼区进行了水稻耐盐碱性比较试验,对其碾磨、外观、食味品质进行了比较分析,旨在明确不同水稻品种的相关品质指标对盐碱胁迫的响应,筛选出耐盐性强和口感好的兼备水稻品种,为水稻育种及大田生产提供试验材料。结果表明:在高盐浓度胁迫条件下,不同水稻品种的加工品质及食味品质差异显著,精米率、整精米率、食味值等指标整体显著下降;外观品质中的垩白度无显著差异,长宽比、恶白粒率整体显著下降;不同品种对高盐浓度胁迫下的品质指标变化趋势不同。
A comparative experiment of 88 kinds of rice saline-alkali tolerance is carried out in Dawa District of Panjin City,and the milling quality,appearance quality and eating quality of rice are compared and analyzed.The purpose is to clarify the response of related quality indexes of different rice varieties to saline-alkali stress,and to screen out rice varieties with strong salt tolerance and good taste,so as to provide experimental materials for rice breeding and field production.The results showed that:under high salt stress,the processing quality and eating quality of different rice varieties were significantly different,and the milled rice rate,head rice rate,eating value and other indicators decreased significantly.There was no significant difference in chalkiness in appearance quality,but the ratio of length to width and the percentage of chalky grains decreased significantly.The change trend of quality index of different varieties under high salt stress was different.
