摘要 研究了钼尾矿制备蒸压加气混凝土的最优物料配比,探讨了晶种对蒸压加气混凝土性能的影响。通过单因素实验,确定石灰、水泥以及晶种的最优掺量。通过XRF、SEM和XRD表征,研究不同物料配比下,制品强度和蒸压水化产物的关系。试验结果表明,钼尾矿制备蒸压加气混凝土的最优物料配比为:m(钼尾矿)∶m(水泥)∶m(石灰)∶m(石膏)=70∶19∶8∶3。以6%晶种代替钼尾矿,制品的抗压强度为4.52 MPa,干密度为525.4 kg/m^(3),达到A5.0、B05级蒸压加气混凝土合格品的要求。 This paper studies the optimal material ratio of molybdenum tailings to prepare autoclaved aerated concrete,and discusses the effect of adding seed crystals on the performance of autoclaved aerated concrete.Through single factor test,determined the optimal content of lime,cement and seed crystals.The relationship between product strength and autoclaved hydration products under different material ratios was studied by XRF,SEM and XRD characterization.The test results show that the optimal material ratio for preparing autoclaved aerated concrete using molybdenum tailings is:molybdenum tailings ∶cement ∶lime ∶gypsum =70 ∶19 ∶8 ∶3.Using 6% seed crystals instead of molybdenum tailings,the compressive strength of the product is 4.52 MPa and the dry density of the prepared sample is 525.4 kg/m^(3),which can reach the requirements of A5.0,B05 level of AAC product.
