利用砂和粉煤灰作为混合硅质材料制备砂加气混凝土的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 砂加气混凝土砌块出釜时砌块间的粘连对产品质量和生产成品率影响较大。目前行业中主要依靠增加掰分设备,采用强制掰分的办法解决这一问题。从工艺技术角度分析了粉煤灰和砂加气混凝土的特性,通过调整配合比,在砂加气混凝土中添加适量粉煤灰,较好地解决了蒸压加气混凝土的粘连问题,并对该配合比条件下的生产工艺参数如硅质材料细度、C/S、水料比等进行了试验研究,确定最佳的生产工艺参数为C/S=0.332、水料比0.54。 The adhesion between blocks when sand aerated concrete out of the kettle has great influence on product quality and the rate of finished product,at present,the industry mainly depends on increasing the breaking equipment to split forcefully to solve this problem,we analyzed the characteristics about fly ash and sand aerated concrete by process engineering,and solved the question by adjusting mix ratio and adding appropriate amount of fly ash to sand aerated concrete,accordingly,we studied the production process parameters as grinding fineness of silicon material,C/S,water material ratio and so on,finally,we ascertained the production process parameters to be C/S 0.332,water material ratio 0.54.
