摘要
以钼尾矿(MoT)为主要原料,配以适量水泥(Cem)和粉煤灰(FA),采用压制成型法制备免烧砖,研究了物料配比、拌和水用量和成型压力对样品性能的影响。结果表明,当钼尾矿、水泥和粉煤灰配比为80∶10∶10,拌和水用量为10%,成型压力为15 MPa时,样品抗压强度为22.4 MPa。微观分析表明,Cem水化产物填充在样品内部缝隙中,与钙矾石相互交错在一起,将Mo T颗粒与FA颗粒紧密黏结在一起,形成紧密的网状结构,提高了免烧砖抗压强度。
Unburned bricks were prepared with MoT as the main raw material, and adding appropriate Cem and FA by press molding. The effects of material ratio, the dosage of mixing water, and the molding pressure on the performance of the sample were studied. The experiment results show that when mass ratio of MoT, Cem and FA is 80∶10∶10, the dosage of mixing water is 10%, the molding pressure is 15 MPa, the compressive strength can reach 22.4 MPa. The microscopic analysis shows that: the hydration products of Cem are filled in the cracks inside the sample and interleaved with ettringite, which closely bonded the MoT particles and FA particles together, forming a close network structure and improving the compressive strength of the unburned brick.
