摘要
介绍一种低成本分解钾长石的新方法。该法循环利用助剂作为催化剂分解钾长石,将分解温度降至90℃~140℃。钾长石中钾元素用于制取复合肥,钾的提取率达到99%以上,副产物白炭黑和聚合硫酸铝(提取率达96%)分别作橡胶补强材料及水处理絮凝剂,助剂催化剂的回收率为90%~96%。与已有的其他方法相比,该法具有较高的应用和经济价值。
This thesis has introduced a new method to decompose potassium feldspar with low-cost. It recycled using flux as catalyzer to decompose potassium feldspar,which can reduce the decompose temperature to 90~140℃.From this, the extract rate of potassium is 99% and used to prepare potash fertilizer; the extract rate of by-product is 96%,the white carbon as rubber's reinforcing material,the polymerized Al_2(SO_4)_3 as water-disposal flocculation;the recycle rate of flux is between 90%~96%.Compared with other processes,the cost falls clearly and this method has great practical value and economic value.
