摘要
目的 探析急性胆囊炎患者采取围手术期综合护理对生活质量及护理质量的影响,为后续试验工作的开展提供借鉴。方法本次试验经电脑将我院收治的120例急性胆囊炎患者随机划分为两组,各60例,对照组行常规护理,主要包括术前检查及常规教育等内容,观察组行围手术期综合护理,主要包括术前护理干预路径、术中干预路径、术后干预路径,对比两组患者治疗效果、管理规范性、服务及时性、病房环境、综合素质评分及并发症发生率。结果 观察组管理规范性、服务及时性、病房环境及综合素质评分均高于对照组,对比组间数据,差异性显著(P<0.05);观察组3.33%的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,数据对比存在显著差异(P<0.05);对照组治疗总有效率为83.33%,显著低于观察组的96.67%,数据对比,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 急性胆囊炎患者采取手术期综合护理,能够确保手术效果与护理质量,降低患者发生并发症的概率,缓解患者不良症状,提升护理满意度与生存质量,有临床实践意义与参考价值,可加以借鉴和推广。
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing during perioperation on the quality of life and nursing quality of patients with acute cholecystitis, so as to provide reference for the follow-up experimental work. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute cholecystitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by computer. The control group received routine nursing, mainly including preoperative examination and routine education. The observation group received perioperative comprehensive nursing, mainly including preoperative nursing intervention path, intraoperative intervention path and postoperative intervention path. The treatment efiects of the two groups were compared management standardization, service timeliness, ward environment, comprehensive quality score and complication rate. Results The scores of standardized management, timely service, ward environment and comprehensive quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. There was significant difierence between the control groups(P<0.05). The complication rate of 3.33% in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total efiective rate of the control group was 83.33%, significantly lower than 96.67% of the observation group. There was significant difierence in data comparison(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing during operation for patients with acute cholecystitis can ensure the operation efiect and nursing quality, reduce the probability of complications, alleviate patients’ adverse symptoms, and improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life. It has clinical significance and reference value, and can be used for reference and popularized.
