摘要 目的 关于磁共振技术应用在臂丛神经损伤诊断当中的效果分析。方法 选择我院在2018年1月至2019年6月收治的疑似臂丛神经损伤66例患者作为调查对象,所有患者在进行治疗之前均采用磁共振成像技术进行诊断,判断磁共振成像技术和临床病理诊断的符合性。结果 66例患者经过临床病理诊断确诊为臂丛神经损伤患者63例,而通过磁共振成像技术进行诊断,诊断为腰椎压缩性骨折患者60例,占90.91%;经过轴位T1WI和T2WI诊断可以显示,患者臂丛神经椎管内段和椎间孔段表现较好,冠状STIR和斜矢状STIR显示患者臂丛神经干病变具有较高的效率,经过3D-T2*GRE三维立体成像诊断,显示患者臂丛神经干的总体结构,同时对神经干的大小、形态和走向具有良好的效果。结论 临床对臂丛神经损伤进行诊断时应用磁共振技术可以实现对患者良好的鉴别,能有效提升临床诊断的整体效率,可作为有效的辅助诊断工具加以推广应用。 Objective To analyze the efiect of magnetic resonance technique in the diagnosis of brachial plexus injury. Methods Sixty-six patients with suspected brachial plexus injury who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled. All patients were diagnosed with magnetic resonance imaging before treatment. MRI techniques and clinical evaluation were performed. The consistency of pathological diagnosis. Results Among the 66 patients, 63 were diagnosed with brachial plexus injury by clinicopathological diagnosis, and 60 were diagnosed as lumbar vertebral compression fracture by magnetic resonance imaging, accounting for 90.91%. The axial T1WI and T2WI diagnosis showed that, the inner segment of the brachial plexus and the intervertebral foramen of the patient performed well. The coronal STIR and oblique sagittal STIR showed that the patient’s brachial plexus trunk lesion had high efficiency. After 3D-T2*GRE three-dimensional imaging diagnosis, the patient the overall structure of the brachial plexus trunk has a good efiect on the size, shape and direction of the nerve trunk. Conclusion The clinical application of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of brachial plexus injury can achieve a good identification of patients, can efiectively improve the overall efficiency of clinical diagnosis, and can be promoted and applied as an efiective auxiliary diagnostic tool.
