摘要
考虑用户设备电压耐受特性对评估结果的影响,提出了一种考虑设备耐受特性的改进能量指标的系统侧电压暂降分级评估方法。首先,进行了能量指标的比较基准值以及不确定区域内暂降事件严重程度差异性刻画不足的分析;然后,基于电压耐受曲线构建比较基准值与权重系数,建立改进能量指标评估模型,进而对暂降事件严重性进行等级划分;最后,使用该方法对某监测节点处所发生的24次电压暂降事件进行分析,结果表明了所提方法的合理性与有效性,可用于实际系统的电压暂降评估与治理工作。
Considering the influence of user equipment’s voltage tolerance characteristics on the assessment results,a system-side voltage sag grading assessment method is proposed to improve the energy index,which considers the equipment’s tolerance characteristics.Firstly,an analysis is made of the comparison benchmark value of the energy index and the insufficient description of the difference in severity of the sag events in the uncertain area;And then,the comparison benchmark value and weight coefficient are constructed based on the voltage tolerance curve,and an improved energy index evaluation model is built to grade the severity of the sag event;Finally,the proposed method is used to analyze 24 voltage sag events occurring at a monitoring node,which have proved the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.The proposed method can be used for voltage sag assessment and governance of the actual power systems.
