摘要
可编程序控制器(PLC)是诸多文献中提及的典型电压暂降敏感设备之一,国外相关研究人员就其暂降敏感度在早期进行过试验研究。考虑到PLC技术更新和生产工艺改进,以及国内相关试验工作较为缺乏等现状,对当前主流品牌PLCs开展电压暂降敏感度试验,了解其电压暂降敏感特性变化很有必要。本文制定了试验方案,以Chroma 61860回收式电网模拟电源为暂降发生源,选取国、内外四种品牌的5个PLCs进行了试验,分别考察电压暂降基本特征量以及奇次谐波等因素对PLCs暂降敏感度的影响。依据大量试验数据,得到PLCs电压暂降敏感度曲线,分析并给出各考察因素对PLCs暂降敏感度的影响程度。相比于早期的试验结论,目前应用的PLC对电压暂降事件敏感度有所下降,文中对此进行了相关分析。
As one of the typical sensitive equipment to voltage sags,programmable controller(PLC)has been mentioned in many papers.About the sag sensitivity of PLC,foreign researchers who engaged in power quality research had already done some tests in the early years.Taking into consideration that the renewal rate of PLC technique,process improvement and the lack of PLC sag sensitivity tests conducted in domestic,it is necessary to carry out the voltage sag sensitivity tests and understand the changes of their sensitive characteristics for the mainstream brand of PLC.In the paper,an experimental research platform was developed.Chroma 61860(i.e.,Regenerative Grid Simulator Model 61860)was used as the voltage sag generator.Five PLCs from four brands were selected as the representatives.The effects of the voltage sag basic characteristics and other factors such as odd harmonics on PLCs were analyzed through numerous experiments.Sensitivity curves were plotted with many data,and accordingly the influence of all above factors on PLC sensitivity was given.Compared with traditional given conclusions,the sensitivity of the recent applied PLC decreased.
