电压暂降输入模态下的开关电源耐受特性分析 被引量:5

摘要 开关电源因集成度高、质量轻等优点被广泛应用于可编程逻辑控制器、家用电器等领域,成为主流的稳压电源产品。电压暂降会影响开关电源输出端电压,影响其供电设备的工作状态。文章采用测试与模态分析相结合的方法研究开关电源受电压暂降的影响特性。搭建了测试平台,并将测试所得数据绘制成电压耐受曲线;结合电压耐受曲线参照控制变量的思想,将幅值-持续时间平面划分为五种不同的输入模态;分析不同模态下开关电源输出端电压波形特性。揭示输入端电压暂降信号、开关电源输出端电压波形及开关电源工作特性之间的响应机理。 Switch mode power supplies(SMPS)are widely used in programmable logic controllers,household appliances,etc.due to their high integration and light weight,and it has become the most popular power supply products.The voltage sag will affect the output voltage of the SMPS and the working state of its power supply equipment.This paper studies the influence characteristic of SMPS on voltage sag by measuring and analyzing modal.Firstly,a large amount of data obtained by the test were adopted to draw the voltage tolerance curve(VTC)of SMPS;and then,the magnitude-duration flat is divided into five different modals combined with VTC and referenced to control variables;finally,qualitative analysis of voltage waveform at the output of SMPS under different modals is conducted.The response mechanism is revealed between the voltage sag signal at the input terminal,the output voltage waveform and the operating characteristics of switching power supply.
