摘要
大庆徐深气田火山岩气藏产水且普遍存在地层压力高、建井成本高、水合物冻堵、开井时率低的问题,大庆油田开展了井下节流工艺现场试验。应用OLGA软件进行井下节流参数设计,解决了试验前期应用的单相气体井下节流参数模型不适用于产水气藏的问题,有效指导了徐深气田井下节流工艺的实施,截止2020年底,累计现场试验17井次,成功率100%,有效降低高压气井井口油压、防治水合物冻堵、实现了不注甲醇清洁生产,起到了节能降耗作用。
The volcanic gas reservoir in Daqing Xushen Gas field produces water and has many problems,such as high formation pressure,high well construction cost,hydrate freezing and blocking,and low well opening rate.The field test of downhole throttling technology was carried out in Daqing oilfield.OLGA software was used to downhole throttling parameter design,solve the test in the early application of single-phase gas downhole throttling,which shall not apply to the problem of producing water gas reservoir parameter model,effectively guide the implementation of downhole throttling process,Xushen gas field by the end of 2020,accumulative total 17 wells field test time,success rate 100%,which can effectively reduce the wellhead pressure of high-pressure gas Wells,prevent hydrate freezing and block,realize clean production without methanol injection,and play a role of energy saving and consumption reduction.
